Marketing Intern

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at Flo Labs R&D, helping to shape and execute marketing strategies that promote our cutting-edge AI, neurotechnology, and robotics solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign analytics while working on impactful, high-tech projects.

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and engage our target audience across various platforms. You will also assist in conducting market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive insights in the AI and robotics industry.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support: Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences in the AI and robotics industry.

Content Development: Help create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media channels.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to develop innovative marketing materials.

Event and Webinar Assistance: Support in organizing and promoting online events and webinars.

AI-Driven Marketing Optimization: Research and explore AI-powered tools to enhance automation, audience targeting, and campaign personalization.

Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, contributing innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications and Skills

Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, SEO tools, etc.).

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with designers, content creators, and strategists.

Interest in AI, technology, and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Fully Remote & Flexible Schedule: This internship is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You can choose to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) or part-time (a minimum of 8-10 hours per week) based on your availability.

On-site Internship (Optional): If interested, we can offer onsite internships at two locations: Austin, Texas, and Lemnos, Greece.
