Our internship starts with learning. As you reach the agreed level of skill, time, and contribution on a project, you can move into earning within the program.
Learn
Start with structured, hands-on training on real AI and robotics projects. Revitalize trade school models for today: curiosity, STEM, innovation, and problem-solving through doing.
Build
Work alongside researchers, engineers, and founders across the FloLabs ecosystem. Contribute to marketable work in humanoid robotics, wearables, EdTech, and more.
Earn
Once you meet the agreed milestones, transition from learning into paid roles. Structured pathways connect education to professional work, including paid internships in AI and robotics.

Our forge. Our workshop. Our first lab is on Lemnos, Greece, where ancient craftsmanship meets modern innovation.
Programs are available on-site or remotely, connected through a global team. For robotics-based projects, on-site work on Lemnos can make hands-on testing and iteration easier, but many roles can be done from anywhere.
